This Privacy Policy describes how MrSpeed ("we", "us") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit https://mrspeed.site/, create an account, use our Speed Check tools, purchase optimization plans or courses, or contact us. MrSpeed operates with regard to applicable laws of the Sultanate of Oman and other mandatory consumer rules that may apply to you.
Who we are

Information we collect
Account data: name, email, password (hashed), and profile details you provide.
Project data: website URLs, hosting or CMS access you choose to share, performance reports, milestone progress, messages, files, and cancellation requests related to your order.
Payment data: billing email, plan selected, amount paid, and payment status. Card and wallet details are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Usage data: pages viewed, device/browser type, approximate location from IP, referring URLs, and diagnostic events needed to operate the site and tools.
Communications: emails, contact-form messages, booking details, and support tickets.
How we use information
We use information to provide and improve services, run Speed Check and dashboards, process orders, deliver project milestones, review cancellation and refund requests, send transactional email, prevent fraud and abuse, comply with law (including Omani legal requirements where applicable), and — only with consent or as allowed — send product updates you can opt out of.
Project cancellation requests & related data
In your customer dashboard, each eligible paid project includes a clear red "Request cancellation" button. Clicking it submits a cancellation request (not an instant cancellation). We store the request time, your user ID, project status (for example cancellation pending), and related messages so our administrators can review the request.
Administrators may accept or reject a cancellation request based on the progress of the project (milestones completed, work already delivered, and access already used). If a request is accepted, any refund is calculated after deducting a percentage of the order amount for work performed and/or a lawful administrative / service fee, consistent with applicable consumer and contract rules in Oman for service contracts. If a request is rejected, the project continues and we will explain why where practical.

Important cooperation notes (design & hosting)
Important: If part of the website’s design needs to be changed for performance optimization, we will provide you or your designer with a checklist of design items to complete on your side. You need to stay flexible on design so the site can be optimized properly.
Important: For optimization, if an upgrade or change of hosting is needed, please stay flexible about improving the site’s infrastructure and hosting. This does not mean the host must always be changed — if your current host is suitable, no change is required.
Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on your location, we rely on contract performance (delivering a purchased plan), legitimate interests (securing and improving the service), consent (optional cookies/marketing), and legal obligation.
Sharing
We do not sell personal information. We share data with processors who help us operate: hosting, email delivery, analytics, payment processors, and contractors bound to confidentiality when needed for your project. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.
International transfers
Our infrastructure or processors may be located in different countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
Retention
We keep account and project records (including cancellation decisions and payment references) as long as your account is active and as needed for warranties, disputes, accounting, and legal requirements in Oman and elsewhere. You may request deletion; we may retain limited records when the law requires it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls, hashed passwords). No method of transmission is 100% secure.
Your rights
Depending on your region, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection, and you may withdraw consent. Contact us to exercise rights. You may also lodge a complaint with a competent authority.
Children
Our services are directed to adults and businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.
