This Refund Policy explains when MrSpeed issues refunds for courses and website optimization plans purchased on https://mrspeed.site/. It forms part of our Terms of Service and should be read with our Privacy Policy. Where relevant, we apply this policy in line with applicable consumer and contract rules of the Sultanate of Oman for service agreements.
General
Because digital access and custom engineering start quickly, refunds are limited. Nothing here limits non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law in Oman or your country of residence.
How to request cancellation (optimization projects)
Log in to your dashboard, open the relevant project, and use the red "Request cancellation" button on that project. Clicking the button sends a cancellation request to our administrators — it does not instantly cancel the project or release funds.
Our team reviews each request. Based on the progress of the project (for example milestones completed, audits delivered, code or configuration already applied, and time already spent), administrators may accept or reject the cancellation request.
If the request is rejected, the project continues under the original plan and we will communicate the decision where practical.
If the request is accepted, any refund is calculated from the original order amount after deducting: (1) the value of work already performed according to project progress, and (2) a lawful administrative / service percentage of the order where permitted under applicable Omani rules for service contracts. Fully completed deliverables are generally non-refundable. The remaining eligible amount (if any) is returned through the original payment method or another agreed method within a reasonable timeframe.
Optimization plans before work starts
If we have not started work and required access has not been used, you may still use the dashboard cancellation button; in that case, if we accept the request, a full or near-full refund may apply after any minimal lawful processing fee required by our payment providers or applicable rules.
Courses & digital products
Once course access or downloadable materials are delivered, purchases are generally non-refundable except where required by law or where we advertise a specific guarantee.
Important cooperation notes (design & hosting)
Important: If part of the website’s design needs to be changed for performance optimization, we will provide you or your designer with a checklist of design items to complete on your side. You need to stay flexible on design so the site can be optimized properly.
Important: For optimization, if an upgrade or change of hosting is needed, please stay flexible about improving the site’s infrastructure and hosting. This does not mean the host must always be changed — if your current host is suitable, no change is required.
Chargebacks
Please contact us or use the dashboard cancellation flow before filing a chargeback so we can resolve the issue. Unjustified chargebacks may lead to account suspension.
