These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of MrSpeed websites, dashboards, Speed Check tools, courses, and paid optimization services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account, buying a plan, or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not purchase or use the Services.
About MrSpeed
MrSpeed specializes in measuring, diagnosing, and improving website performance — especially WordPress and WooCommerce — including Core Web Vitals, indexing-related technical issues that affect crawl efficiency, asset weight, caching, and related engineering work described on our Pricing and service pages.
Eligibility & accounts
You must be able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for accurate registration details, keeping credentials confidential, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of unauthorized use.
Plans, scope & deliverables
Each paid plan’s features, timeline estimates, and inclusions are shown at purchase (pricing cards and the checkout service agreement). Work begins after payment confirmation and after we receive the access and information reasonably required (for example staging/admin credentials, hosting panel, or deployment contact).
You agree that performance results depend on your hosting, theme, plugins, third-party scripts, content, and design constraints. We provide professional services aimed at measurable improvement, but we do not guarantee a specific Lighthouse, GTmetrix, or revenue number unless we expressly state a written guarantee for your order.
Important cooperation notes (design & hosting)
Important: If part of the website’s design needs to be changed for performance optimization, we will provide you or your designer with a checklist of design items to complete on your side. You need to stay flexible on design so the site can be optimized properly.
Important: For optimization, if an upgrade or change of hosting is needed, please stay flexible about improving the site’s infrastructure and hosting. This does not mean the host must always be changed — if your current host is suitable, no change is required.
Your responsibilities
Provide truthful information and lawful access to systems you are authorized to share.
Maintain backups before and during work.
Keep staging and production environments available as agreed.
Do not use the Services for unlawful sites, malware distribution, or content that infringes others’ rights.
You remain the owner of your website; you grant MrSpeed a limited license to access and modify it only as needed to perform the purchased work.
Project cancellation
You may request cancellation of an eligible paid project from your dashboard using the red "Request cancellation" button. That action creates a cancellation request for admin review; it does not automatically cancel the order or issue a refund. Administrators may accept or reject the request based on project progress. Accepted cancellations follow the Refund Policy, including progress-based deductions and lawful fees under Omani rules for service contracts where applicable.
Acceptable use of tools
Speed Check and similar tools are for legitimate site owners and authorized agents. Do not abuse rate limits, attempt to probe unrelated third-party systems, or use automated scraping against our Services.
Payments
Prices are listed at checkout in the stated currency. Fees are generally due up front for the selected plan unless we agree otherwise in writing. Taxes may apply. Payment processors handle sensitive payment data under their terms.
By completing checkout you confirm you have read these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and Refund Policy, and that you accept the plan-specific service agreement shown before payment.
Intellectual property
Site content, course materials, trademarks, and tooling belong to MrSpeed or its licensors. Purchased course access is a personal, non-transferable license for your use as described at purchase — not a transfer of ownership. Deliverables created specifically for your site are licensed to you for use on that project unless otherwise agreed.
Confidentiality
We treat credentials and non-public project details as confidential and use them only to deliver the Services.
Disclaimer of warranties
Except where prohibited by law, the Services are provided on an "as available" basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Third-party hosts, plugins, CDNs, and search engines are outside our control.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, MrSpeed is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages, or for search-ranking changes, downtime caused by third parties, or losses from credentials you share insecurely. Our total liability for a claim relating to a purchase is limited to the fees you paid us for that purchase in the three months before the claim.
Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify MrSpeed against claims arising from your website content, unlawful instructions, unauthorized access you provide, or your breach of these Terms.
Suspension & termination
We may suspend access for non-payment, abuse, or legal risk. You may close your account subject to completing or cancelling open projects under the Refund Policy.
Changes to the Services or Terms
We may update the Services and these Terms. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where allowed. For active paid projects, scope changes require mutual agreement.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence say otherwise. Courts of competent jurisdiction in Oman will hear disputes, subject to those consumer rights.
